Is BulanBloom a nanny agency?+
No. BulanBloom is designed as a self-service technology platform. Families and nannies contact each other and enter into their own direct agreement. BulanBloom does not employ either party or submit Work Permit applications.
How does matching work during recruitment?+
Join the waitlist with your dates, duration and care preferences. Our team reviews requests manually and contacts you before introducing a suitable profile. You still decide who to contact.
Is the care journal available at launch?+
Not yet. The journal is a feature preview currently in testing. When released, it will organise meals and factual daily care notes without replacing qualified medical advice.
